Yet a Little More Progress!

Thus far Aidan is in excellent general health. Not so for the rest of his family. His dad, Keith, just came down with some sort of intestinal upset, hopefully not the flu, and his sister Savannah has what may be strep throat. Here's hoping it is just a cold. Please pray that Aidan will not develop any kind of sickness while he in recovery. And pray that Cheryl will stay healthy, she takes a looong time to recover from any kind of illness.


More relatives are stepping in to take shifts of being with Aidan during both the night and day. Keith's sister and brother in law, Stacey and Rod, are taking the evening and night shift tonight. Jo and I may need to extend our time an hour or two beyond what we are doing now. We are both delighted that we have had the health and strength to be on the spot, and help out at the bedside during these past 30 days.


In the meantime Aidan is still progressing. Today, for the first time, he lifted his right leg a couple of inches off the bed. And for eight minutes he stood up straight on the tilt table, tightly strapped on but completely vertical for the first time.
