Aidan had a great weekend at home. He went to see the movie Tron with his family and had two friends to come to play with him.
Sunday night he went back to the Glenrose, and did well on his first day back. No pictures yet, but he is beginning to be able to open the fingers on his right hand.
And he walked, with his walker, even farther than he did on Friday. Plus, he transferred himself from his bed into his wheelchair, without anyone touching him! (A trainer was standing very close and ready to grab him if his leg buckled, but he did okay!)
Everyday a little bit. Thank you, Lord God for healing--a bit at a time.

Way to go Aidan!!! So glad you got to do fun things. I know how you love your friends. Cool that they could come and play. Transferring by yourself is a huge step ahead. We are thankful to God for helping you every day.
Love and prayers from Grandpa and Grandma Penner
Hooray! What a great accomplishment, Aidan. I can hardly wait to see this feat for myself. I'm ready to be impressed... But then again, You are constantly impressing me! You have courage and joy and determination that I sincerely admire.
Love you, Pal!
