Aidan's Four Days in Hospital for Tests

Aidan and his family returned from their fabulous week at Disneyworld late Monday night and by early Tuesday morning Aidan was back in the Stollery Children's hospital for some tests.

Happily reading the graphic novel the California cousins had sent. 

Madeline L'Engle's A Wrinkle in Time, a favourite. 

Looking on the bright side, skipping a few days of school (except for the math homework of course.)

The hardest and most painful part is getting all those tags off his head after four days. Lots of soaking in solvent, and still they stick and pull hair. Like getting a haircut using a dull jack knife.

The doctors were pleased to get lots of brain activity data during those 100 hours of being hooked up to the computers. He also had an MRI done and will get a Functional MRI sometime later in Calgary.
