Summer Trike Riding

Aidan and friend Ben heading off for a bike and trike ride.

During our summer family vacation Aidan rode this trike for miles and miles on the bike paths in San Jose with his family and California cousins. (Note the plastic brace on Aidan's ankle and the velcro strap to keep his right foot on the pedal.)

Here's a cheery "thumbs up" although with the right hand it takes a lot of concentration to make that thumb stick up.

Another physio-therapy treatment is golf. More of that and less of those boring physio exercises!
